| This residential land was installed by Wood River Evergreens
in two phases: a peripheral evergreen screening in the fall of
1996; and the remainder of the landscape including trees, shrubs,
perennials, irrigation system, sod lawn, and Brussell paver driveway
in the spring of 1997.
A significant feature of this design was the Brussel paver driveway
which was embedded in stone sand and a 10-inch base of processed
gravel. It has withstood winter/spring thaws, heavy vehicles and
rainfall without shifting or moving.
Each of our designs takes into account aspects unique to that
individual location. In this case the site is windy during the
winter months so we regularly apply an antidesiccant to the needle
and broadleaf evergreens in the fall. Regular maintenance and
monitoring by Wood River Evergreens ensures that the landscape
develops and achieves optimum results. |
